Trekking the National Parks Tournament (Boardgame) 5:00pm to 8:00pm -- Hosted by Rik Fontana
BGG Description: Trekking the National Parks is a spirited family board game that lets players experience the U.S. National Parks in a fun and competitive way.
Up to five players compete in a cross country race to visit the National Parks and collect the most points. Gathering colored trek cards allows players to move across the map and claim valuable park cards. If a player is the first to visit a National Park, they collect that park's colored stone, which award bonus points at the end of the game. Players must jockey for position and make tough tactical decisions at every turn to emerge victorious!
The tournament will consist of two tables with five players each who will play one round. The top five players will play a second round and the winner of the second round will receive a prize.
Ticket To Ride Tournament (Boardgame) 8:00pm to 11:00pm -- Hosted by David Broderick
BGG description: Players collect cards of various types of train cars they then use to claim railway routes in North America. The longer the routes, the more points they earn. Additional points come to those who fulfill Destination Tickets – goal cards that connect distant cities; and to the player who builds the longest continuous route.
The tournament will consist of two tables of 5 players each who play the original U.S. Ticket To Ride game. The top three of both tables will move on to a second round to play Ticket To Ride: Nordic Countries.
Prize will be awarded to the winner!

Saturday Events
Dominion Tournament
(Card Game) 11:00am to 4:00pm -- Hosted by David Broderick
Battle it out with your fellow gamers in a series of Dominion games. Prizes will be awarded to the first place winner as well as the runner-up!
The tournament will consist of 12 to 16 players on 3 or 4 tables and in a series of rounds, winners will begin to compete against each other. A final round of four players will determine a first place winner and runner up. Both individuals will be awarded prizes.
Nuclear War card game, 4:00pm to 5:30pm-- Hosted by Rick Loomis
This classic "blow up the world" card game has been around since 1965. The idea is to wipe out all the other players, and be the only survivor. But half the time, everyone dies and no one wins. (So we call it an educational game). It's silly, it's random, and somehow, a lot of fun. I'll teach the rules at the start. 6 players per game - if we have more than 6 I'll run multiple games simultaneously. And I will give away prizes.
Lost Worlds 5:30pm to 7:00pm-- Hosted by Rick Loomis
Combat picture book game is a simple combat game for two players. Each player has a book with 32 pictures of his or her character in various combat poses, and a card that lists the 20 or so moves you can make. To fight a duel, you exchange books with your opponent so you each see the other character as you fight. You each select a move at the same time, and the book tells you what page to turn to in order to see the result. Example I might be swinging low and you are swinging high, and you will see a picture of me getting hit in the head by your sword. There are over 80 different characters and each one is slightly different from all the others. I will teach the rules, and then we'll have an elimination tournament and I will give prizes to the winner.

Sunday Events
Flea Market 10:00am to 12:00pm -- Bring your games and game-related items to sell! Check the Flea Market Page for details.
Ace of Aces WWI Air Combat Game 11:00am to 2:00pm -- Hosted by Rick Loomis
Easy two-player game. It's like a computer game without the computer. You pick a move and I pick a move and we compare to see what happens. I'll teach the rules at the start, and then we will have an elimination tournament to see who wins. I will award prizes to the winner.
Raffle 4:00pm -- The more games you play at BryceCon the more chances you have to win, so get out there and have fun!

Astronomy Presentations
Kevin Poe will be hosting a presentation on Saturday evening and Sunday evening. There will be an admission fee to each presentation. More information will be available at the convention.
