- BryceCon will cap attendance this year to 300 people. The purpose for this is to ensure that we have a comfortable amount of space for our guests with the rooms we are currently using. We do not expect that we will need to enforce the cap, and we do have additional space to grow in future years of the convention.
- The Cowboy's Buffet and Steak Room will be offering a 10% discount to all convention guests. You must wear your name tag to receive this discount.
- Each hotel room has a refrigerator and microwave for your convenience.
- Outside food and drinks are welcome in the conference rooms (please be respectful of others wishes to avoid food near their games).
- No alcohol is allowed in the gaming area.
- Please be respectful of other convention guests, the organizers, and all volunteers. We all do our best to make the convention experience the best possible. We are a family-friendly game convention open to all who want to have a good time. Behavior that is inappropriate, disruptive, or threatening to the operation of the convention or the enjoyment of those attending will not be tolerated. Failure to follow this basic guideline of common courtesy may result in being asked to leave the premises without refund, to being banned from future events depending on severity.
- The store hours are 7:00am to 9:30pm daily.
- Ruby's Inn is offering free ice skating to all convention guests.

The average temperatures in Bryce Canyon during January are between 15 and 37 degrees Fahrenheit. There is typically snow on the ground, and it can feel quite chilly, especially in the park along the canyon ridges. Paved roads are kept plowed and sanded and are usually in good condition for travel.
What if I want to bring my own games?
You are welcome to bring as many of your own games to the convention as you would like. We will have 24 hour open gaming available during the entire weekend.
What if I want to run a game?
Contact us through the Game Submissions page and submit your request to run a game. We will review all submissions and respond within a few days. We will no longer accept game submissions after December 15th.
How do I check out games from the game library?
We will have the game library open from 8am to 11pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We will have a game sign-out book available at the game library for game check-out.
